Zoning board approves variances for residential lot access.
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of April 22, 2026
SHARON — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approves two variances for single-family home access. Chair Arnold Wallenstein led the board in approving relief from frontage width (137 feet versus 175 feet required) and driveway access requirements for Lot 1 at 10 Cobbler Lane, finding the applicant had demonstrated soil conditions and topography unique to the property. The Board of Health Agent and Conservation Commission Administrator both supported the relief, and neighbor Roger Bridgeman voiced his backing.
The Board emphasized future building permits and structure design remain subject to separate review.
