The committee voted unanimously to approve Invoice Voucher #37, covering work completed through February 28, 2026, on a motion by Roger Thibault, seconded by Rick Rice. Wall panels have been delivered and staged on site, with in-place mockup testing underway; window installation is scheduled for April 27.
Chair Matt Grosshandler indicated the committee would schedule a site walkthrough pending confirmation of availability on April 23, 2026, at 11:45 AM.
