Sharon Youth Lacrosse girls competed at a regional jamboree in Devens as summer programs filled quickly across town.

SHARON -- Sharon's youth sports programs showed strong demand during the week of June 29 through July 5, with girls lacrosse making a trip to Devens for a Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse event and two other programs posting significant registration news.

YOUTH LEAGUES

Sharon Youth Lacrosse girls traveled to Devens to participate in a Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse Jamboree during the period, according to the organization's website.

The Sharon Travel Basketball Association announced that its summer clinic has reached full capacity. "Summer clinic registration is at full capacity. No more registrations will be allowed at this time," the STBA posted on its website. The Sharon Travel Basketball Association serves boys and girls in the community with a focus on player development and competitive play.

The Sharon Soccer Association announced that Travel Soccer registration for the 2026-2027 season is now open. The travel program is open to players in grades 3 through 8. The SSA also offers recreational soccer for pre-K through grade 4 and its Eagles Academy for grades 1 through 8.
