Sharon Conservation Commission approves three-parcel municipal land transfer

Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 23, 2026

Sharon Conservation Commission votes to advance municipal land transfer. Chair Peg Arguimbau's commission unanimously approved closing the public hearing and advancing Article 8 of the May 4 Annual Town Meeting, which would transfer three parcels on Mansfield Street from the Select Board to the Conservation Commission. The panel also issued an Order of Conditions to Paul Zavracky for garage construction at 738 Mountain Street, approving 1,250 square feet of native plantings and mitigation, and granted a Negative Determination to Jason Florio for a 780-square-foot accessory dwelling unit at 2 Cobbler Lane.

A deck expansion hearing at 15 Livingston Road was continued to May 7 after the commission indicated deck replacement at current size would be permissible but expansion would require formal Notice of Intent filing.
