SHARON — Select Board opens May town meeting warrant and makes four unanimous appointments. Chair Kiana Baskin led the board in appointing Michael Jolin to the Zoning Board of Appeals alternate seat, reappointing Marc Bluestein, Susan Friedman, and Jonathan Wasserman to the Community Preservation Committee, Commission on Disabilities, and Conservation Commission respectively for three-year terms, and appointing Michael Blackowicz to the Board of Health. The board also unanimously approved a consent calendar that includes the 2026 cannabis license renewal for Godsend HP Inc., acceptance of a quitclaim deed for Trowel Shop Pond conservation easement, and extension of the Library Reuse Committee charge to June 30, 2026.
The warrant will be open from January 7 at 8:30 a.m. through January 16 at noon, with Annual Town Meeting set for May 4 at 7 p.m.
