SHARON — Standing Building Committee Selection Committee fills two vacancies with diverse building expertise. The committee unanimously appointed Wayne Gietz, Chief Operating Officer for Sturdy Health overseeing $178 million in construction projects, to a three-year term through December 31, 2027, and James Campisano, a 23-year resident and former Town Hall project superintendent, to a one-year term through December 31, 2025. Campisano voluntarily chose the shorter term to mitigate potential conflicts if his firm, Colantonio, competes for future town projects.
Both appointments require Town Clerk swearing-in before the appointees can vote at Standing Building Committee meetings.
