SHARON — Planning Board unanimously accepts Sunrise denial order and approves two projects. Chair Robert Maidman was authorized to sign the denial order, compiled by Attorney Karis North. The board unanimously approved an Accessory Residential Unit subdivision combining two parcels into one 73,434-square-foot lot at 433 East Foxboro Street.
The 23 Pond Street redevelopment project advanced; Vice Chair Oanh T. Nguyen raised concerns about alignment with downtown commercial guidelines, prompting Chair Maidman to propose transforming PO Square Guidelines into enforceable bylaws for Town Meeting 2027. The project will proceed to the Zoning Board of Appeals for setback variance review.
