SHARON — Planning Board approves prior meeting minutes and hears early presentation on 23 Pond Street development. Chair Rob Maidman and board members raised design, fencing, lighting, and green-space concerns over the two-unit residential project, the town's first in PO Square under the Communities Housing Act. Developer Jeff Zilberman of BBRZ Partners agreed to revise plans on septic placement, garage appearance, and fence height before a March 26 reconvene.

The board unanimously appointed Oanh Nguyen as liaison to the Lake Management Advisory Committee to advise on watershed protection and future Planning Board role in land-use oversight of lake-facing properties.
