Chair Robert Maidman moved approval of the aluminum-frame vinyl sign, empowering Assistant Town Engineer Sonal Pai to handle administrative duties and payment; the vote was 3-0. The Board also advanced discussion of updating Post Office Square Design Guidelines from the 1990s, with Chair Maidman directing Ms.
Pai to solicit consultant proposals below 50,000 dollars. Emily Innes of Innes Land Strategies expressed interest after other consultants declined; the Board will also contact the firm Utile before deciding whether to proceed, with a possible email vote if Utile declines.
