SHARON — Planning Board unanimously approves accessory dwelling unit zoning bylaw amendments. Chair Rob Maidman and the board voted 5-0 to accept edits to Section 8.1 of the zoning bylaw, required by the Attorney General's office to align with state guidelines; the regulation had passed town meeting but needed technical revisions. The board also unanimously appointed Clerk Peter Ford as the Planning Board's representative to the SBC Selection Committee.

Laura Russell, Chair of the Lake Management Advisory Committee, presented the Draft Watershed Based Plan for Lake Massapoag 2026-2050, recommending institutional funding and staff capacity for lake management and outlining stormwater and wastewater projects submitted to the state DEP on February 20.
