Sharon Conservation Commission defers two permit hearings to October 1. The Birch Hill II subdivision (SE280-0669) was continued after applicant Steve Gioiosa presented a revised three-lot plan eliminating one wetland crossing and reducing roadway by 250 feet, though a new wetland delineation conflicted with the earlier approved order; Conservation Administrator Josh Philibert will work with the applicant on revised drainage plans and DEP consultation. The Sunrise Senior Living land disturbance permit (LDP-0003) was also continued at the applicant's request.
In other business, the Lake Massapoag Advisory Committee, represented by Suzi Peck, requested a letter of support for a MassDEP 604(b) grant to model onsite wastewater system impacts on lake phosphorus levels; the Commission deferred action to October 1, with grant deadline October 7, 2026.
