Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 19, 2026

SHARON — Conservation Commission closes hearing and issues Order of Conditions for Veterans Memorial Beach parking renovation. Town Engineer Kyle Dubuc's project combines DPW capital funds with grant money for landscaping and shoreline improvements at 82 Gunhouse Street; the commission imposed conditions requiring the Conservation Administrator to inspect the shoreline limit of work and equipment placement before installation. Members also voted unanimously to support two warrant articles for the May Annual Town Meeting: a Chapter 262 Wetlands Bylaw update for state compliance and transfer of three town parcels at 51R, 71R, and 93R Mansfield Street to the Conservation Commission.

Two other public hearings were continued to April 9 at applicants' requests.
