Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 21, 2026

Sharon Conservation Commission approves single-family home land-disturbance review and continues two wetland hearings. The commission voted unanimously to issue Administrative Land Disturbance Approval LDR-0019 to Ryan Feldman of PEJR, LLC for a project at 433 East Foxboro Street that combines two lots and preserves wooded areas. The public hearing for the Birch Hill II subdivision (NOI SE280-0669) was continued to the first August meeting at the applicant's request.

The Cape Club aquatic invasives hearing (SE280-0672) was continued to June 4, with applicant Dominic Meringolo of SOLitude ordered to return with water-entry and water-exit mapping, nutrient management details, and water quality data; project abutter Laura Nelson urged the commission to prohibit glyphosate use on the golf course.
