SHARON — Community Preservation Committee approves three projects and sets aside debt service action. The committee voted unanimously to fund $28,085 for the Historical Society digitization project, $100,000 for the Lake Massapoag Advisory Committee's watershed plan (split $95,000 undesignated, $5,000 historical), and $10,800 for the Town Clerk's historic records binding. Chair Corey Snow also moved to recommend $328,200 for Rattlesnake Hill debt service but withdrew the motion pending additional information from Town Treasurer Krishan Gupta on the 20-year borrowing issued in 2021.
