The committee voted 6-0-5 in principle to authorize the payment to Matthew and Julia Tavares of 23 Pine Grove Avenue from the Water Treatment Plant project contingency, contingent on a written agreement from town counsel addressing liability and town responsibilities. Chair Matt Grosshandler reported the WTP remains on schedule for mid-November 2026 operation, and the committee approved Invoice Voucher #38 for engineering services totaling $99,555.27 covering work by APEX and Weston & Sampson from February through March.
